The more often you focus, and the more you act on the quiet “promptings” the sooner your manifestation(s) will occur.
If you think you need proof, start small and work up to the larger more important things you desire, be it relationship, money, career, health, or whatever.

5-Step Soul Healing Prayer
I want to share with you one of the most powerful little healing tools I know.
It’s a very simple 5-step prayer that 6 year olds have used with joy.
Soul Healing
1. Ask your spiritual connection or Soul Healing angels to come.
2. Ask the angels to find and bring back all the pieces of yourself you lost when… or related to…
3. Ask that all pieces be cleaned, repaired and healed.
4. Ask that all cleaned, repaired and healed pieces be fully integrated into you.
5. Give Thanks
I want to take you through the prayer and I want you to use it right now.
I’m serious. Don’t just read this. See me in front of you
and imagine me saying the words taking you through the prayer.
Bring to mind a feeling or behavior pattern that causes discomfort.
It doesn’t matter what this pattern is.
Now, let’s go through the prayer step-by-step.
1. Connect with your Higher Power or the Soul Healing Angels
When I was given this prayer by Spirit, I was asked to call in the Soul Healing Angels.
I experienced them to have wonderful energy and being in pure delight because they were able to do this sacred work.
There are those who have a deep connection to a spiritual being
(God, Jesus, Mary, Buddha, Allah, Love, the Holy Spirit, a saint)
they are more comfortable with. By all means, connect with the spiritual energy
you are most comfortable.
For those who may not know how to connect, simply say, “Soul Healing Angels, please come.”
2. Ask your Higher Power or the Soul Healing Angels to find and bring back all the pieces of yourself
you lost when… or related to…
When we experience a trauma, we have a tendency to, in psychology terms, disassociate.
We push away that part of ourselves that is experiencing the pain.
In this model, when there is trauma, we lose part of ourselves, part of our soul.
Now, we don’t really lose our Soul. It is there. This is a metaphor that stems from clients saying,
“I feel like I lost part of my Soul.”
In the Soul Healing Prayer, we are asking for the return of those pieces.
If you know the specific incident, you will say “lost when…” and insert the incident.
“Please find and bring back to me all the pieces of myself I lost when my 1st grade class laughed
at my report.”
If it is a feeling, such as fear, and you don’t know the source, simply say,
“Please find and bring back all of the pieces of myself that have anything to do with this fear
I’m experiencing.”
3. Ask that all pieces be cleaned, repaired and healed.
Imagine that the soul pieces you have called back are jagged and torn. They could also have emotions
such as fear, guilt, shame and more attached to them.
Simply ask, “Please clean, heal and repair all pieces.”
4. Ask that all cleaned, repaired and healed pieces be fully integrated into you.
You are now asking that you be made whole and entire, as if this incident never happened.
Simply say, “Please fully integrate all pieces within me.”
5. Give thanks
You can use this prayer for any discomfort or wounds you have experienced in life.
I challenge you to use this prayer on 3 memories (recent or years ago), feelings or
behavior patterns every day for the next 21 days. Watch, feel what happens.
You might want to make it a daily ritual for the rest of your life.
As you begin learning Soul Healing, I find it helpful to have reminders of the prayer
and how to use it.
